How should we dress?
To keep up the villa's standards, all arriving guests are expected to be appropriately dressed. However, inside the facilities, guests can sunbathe in the nude around the swimming pool. The restaurant is the only place where we ask you to wear clothes.
And in the evening guests are expected to wear their best and most suggestive clothes and pretty lingerie. Every evening, after 00:00, all visitors must remove their clothes to enjoy a glamorous, sexy evening where lingerie is revealed in all its splendour.
After midnight, is it obligatory to wear lingerie?
When midnight strikes everyone must be in underwear only. The men usually wear boxer shorts and the women delicate lingerie sets.
Can single men enter the villa?
Definitely not. The private villa is intended only for couples.
Are the facilities very crowded?
The villa has been designed so that during the day, up to 30 couples (25 of which will be guests) can be accommodated easily around the pool and the gardens. In the evenings the facilities are intended to accommodate up to 50 couples. At full capacity each evening the villa provides the opportunity for liberally-minded people, 50 women and 50 men, to meet.
We think this maximum capacity is ideal to enable you to enjoy the villa and combine a relaxing holiday with magical moments of fantasy and pleasure.
What type of people will we find at the villa?
All types of liberally-minded couples from all over Europe, similar to those who usually visit the island of Ibiza. Whatever the case, our guests are always polite, cosmopolitan and elegant. Many of them are company directors or in the liberal professions.
How old are guests usually?
Generally our customers are between 25 and 45 years old. The guests who spend seven or more nights with us usually come from Northern Europe and are around 35-40 years old.
Those who visit us for three or four nights are slightly younger, generally come from Spain, France and Italy and are around 30-35.
All couples under 32 are entitled to a discount if they stay with us for four days or more.
Is it true that all the guests look like models?
You don't need to worry about that. Our customers come from many different places and are different ages. However, the more ideal you feel, the more ideal you will appear to others.
Of course a healthy, well-cared for, clean body, appropriate make-up, and good-looking clothes will be your best calling cards.
Always feel you are giving the best of yourselves and you will receive the same from everyone else.
How much are the meals and the drinks? Is it expensive?
Not at all! Breakfast and a snack during the day, the evening meal and drinks at "Ibiza Swinger Private Village" are already included in the price. Every morning we provide a pleasant continental breakfast. In the evening a buffet awaits you. You can get all the drinks you want from the self-service system and an aphrodisiac cocktail is prepared every day. So, you can forget your wallet. Everything is included in "Ibiza Swinger Private Village" (except for midday meals, although a snack is available).
Do we have to become members?
Yes, all couples who come for the first time have to join. You do that by filling in a form (don't forget some type of identification). When it has been filled in you will receive our temporary membership card.
How do we contact other couples?
As naturally as possible, either at the swimming pool, the bar or the play area. Our guests find it really simple to contact and have fun with other couples.
What happens if a woman likes another woman?
Most of the women who visit us are attracted by other women. In many cases they are bi-sexual or simply want to experiment with bi-sexuality. If two women are mutually attracted, it can lead to a very exciting and erotic experience. You just have to let things happen!
Is the sex safe?
In all the play areas and all the rooms, condoms are available for guests free of charge.
Is there anywhere where we can be alone, away from the other guests?
In addition to all the common play areas, there are places where couples can be alone if they wish.
Do we have to book early?
As the villa has a limited capacity, you should book early to avoid disappointment.
When do you open?
We are open all year. We are also open for private parties, birthday parties, filming and events.
